Poison Ivy- Good or Bad?

There's many rumors surrounding JB's new song coming off of their new album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times.  In the lyrics, there is a part like this:

everyones allergic to poison ivy 

everyones allergic to poison ivy 

everybody gets the itch 

everyone hates that 

everyones allergic to poison ivy 

As you can see, here's the problem: what goes after that second everybody hates that?  If you look at the video, when Joe is singing that part, he turns away from the mike.  Could be a coincidence, just meaning that everybody gets the itch and hates it.  But it could mean something not-so-innocent.  The song talks about Poison Ivy as a metaphor to a girl, so we all know the synonym for "female dog"  aka an out-of-line girl.  Comment on what you think about the issue.  Are the boys losing their family-friendly edge?  Or is it just an unfortunate coincidence?  Check out the full lyrics here.
