Just Got My Copy of Lines, Vines and Trying Times- Priceless!!!

Ahh. This CD is true talent. Sorry for not posting much today, but this CD is GENIUS!!! I love the songs Keep It Real and Hey Baby and Poison Ivy (can't think of that song without laughing like crazy... HAHA!!!).  Actually Keep It Real has been on repeat for a couple of hours.  Next month's layout WILL feature pics from the LVTT photoshoot, I promise.  Unless someone comes up with another idea...

Miranda's LA Shopping Spree

Miranda was seen shopping at the Kitson Boutique in LA yesterday.  She went with iCarly creator's wife, Lisa Schneider.  They must have had a great day- Mrs. Schneider tweeted “Mission accomplished! @Mirandabuzz now has new jeans, a new hoodie, and super-cute sparkly socks!!! YAY! Off to The Ivy for lunch — love the chopped salad there! If you’re in the area, come by to say hi! HAHA. We’ll be shopping afterwards.”  Ah.  I wish I could come by and say hi!

Taylor Lautner Gets Praise From Director

Taylor Lautner got muchos praise from his director, Catherine Hardwicke.  Miss C seemed like a proud mama as hse bragged about her baby, her underdog, Taylor aka Jacob.  Dished Hardwicke at the Crystal and Lucy Awards (Saturday), “I think he looks amazing. He totally worked hard for it [keeping the Jacob Black role], so he looks great.”  You aren't the only one who thinks he looks great...

Ashley Argota: Close Calls With Keke

True Jackson VP sidekick Ashley Argota told a radio station that she MIGHT possibly let costar Keke Palmer drive her around town...maybe...

“Keke has driven me around the set before, in the golf carts. I’ve had a couple of close calls. I wasn’t there, but when she went to go to the cafeteria, I think she parked the cart sort of funky. So maybe I will let her drive me around town. But that’s a big maybe.”

Let's hope Keke gets some better driving lessons!!

Miley Cyrus Just Wants To Have Fun

America's Sweetheart Miley Cyrus had a blast yesterday afternoon in Savannah, Georgia, the location for her new flick, The Last Song.  Miley and her friend were jet-skiing around Tybee Island along with hot costar Liam Hemsworth(not pictured).  Guess they had too much fun, because Mi forgot her life jacket!

Everyone's favorite Jonas Nick(at least MY favorite Jonas!) graduated yesterday from High School!  Congrats, kid!  Just because Nick is over with school doesn't mean he doesn't have a busy summer ahead!  Yesterday they kicked off their tour in Europe in Madrid, and tomorrow their album drops!  Don't forget to pick up a copy!

Nick starlet Miranda Cosgrove has been a busy bee lately, with photoshoots, interviews, press junkets, and of course, shooting iCarly!  Yesterday Mir was spotted leaving Hungry Cat seafood in LA, probably to chillax- and pull on her Uggs.  Also yesterday she tweeted

I'm wearing a gown and I keep almost tripping. I can't wait to put on my sweatsuit and uggs. :)

Hey guys,

I was thinking today about how people can affect your confidence if you let them, but not your success.
Think about a diamond in a pretty dark room; you can't see it but it doesn't make it less valuable. That diamond will catch a bit of light and sparkle, reflect and multiply it in a way that's unique to that diamond in that position in that light in that darkness.
Once the light is spread, other gems in that darkness will be able to catch and reflect that light in a way that's their own.
There will always be darkness, but it isn't hiding the light. Darkness is the absense of light. It's creating a canvas for the diamond's affect to show up. There will always be concrete and walls absorbing or blocking the sparkle and even bigger, flashier gems but that doesn't mean that each diamond doesn't have the potential to glitter.

Are you kinda getting the point of this metaphor?
You have so much potential to make a difference, from where you are, with what you have, who you are, how you were made. When no one around you is shining, don't take that as a reason to shy away. Be the first sparkle.

Let's hope Dem does visit Miley, and doesn't make the same remark about her like she did Selena.  When asked by M if she would visit long-time bestie Selena Gomez while she was shooting Beezus and Ramona in Vancouver, Lovato replied, "Nah, she's got friends up there."

Yesterday, Disney Starlet Miley Cyrus was in Georgia, the location for the shooting of her new film, The Last Song.  She was out eating dinner with her mom and posted a twitpic of she and her mom and said:

Look closely:  Do you see the nose ring under Mi's left lens?  I think it's fake, but that's just me.  Comment Question:  Do you think that Miley's "Nose Ring" is a step towards her becoming un-Disneyfied?  (Maybe she's following in the footsteps of her fave boys, The Jonas Brothers...)

My good friend Rachel went to a Paramore concert a couple of days ago and she was cool enough to let me post dome EXCLUSIVES!!! My other friends will be going to other concerts and events this summer.  One is going to a Green Day concert, my biffle is going to a JB concert, and my friend Rachel(again! lolz) is going to New York and while she is there, she will go see the Today Show- the same day The Fray is supposed to appear!! (The Jonas Brothers were very close to going on that week, like the same month... too bad she hates them to death)

Poison Ivy- Good or Bad?

There's many rumors surrounding JB's new song coming off of their new album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times.  In the lyrics, there is a part like this:

everyones allergic to poison ivy 

everyones allergic to poison ivy 

everybody gets the itch 

everyone hates that 

everyones allergic to poison ivy 

As you can see, here's the problem: what goes after that second everybody hates that?  If you look at the video, when Joe is singing that part, he turns away from the mike.  Could be a coincidence, just meaning that everybody gets the itch and hates it.  But it could mean something not-so-innocent.  The song talks about Poison Ivy as a metaphor to a girl, so we all know the synonym for "female dog"  aka an out-of-line girl.  Comment on what you think about the issue.  Are the boys losing their family-friendly edge?  Or is it just an unfortunate coincidence?  Check out the full lyrics here.
